The first issue of new literary journal Kill Your Darlings will be launched in Melbourne by Michael Williams: one day he'll be known as the Godfather of Australian literature, but at present he's just the Programming Manager for the Wheeler Centre for Books, Writing and Ideas.

Our first issue contains thought-provoking, teeth-baring work by Gideon Haigh, Kalinda Ashton, Chris Womersley, Justin Heazlewood, Oslo Davis and many other literary friends/fiends.
